All our pieces are thrown on the pottery wheel, sculpted and painted by hand. Every step on this proccess is handmade without molds, therefore no two pieces are exactly the same. Some pieces can take up to 4 weeks to dry completely before going into the kiln.

Each piece goes to the kiln twice. One time at 1000º celcius and a second time at 1020ºc. All the kitchenware items are glazed with lead-free and food-safe glazes. When an item is meant for decorative purposes only, it will be mentioned on the product description.

Typically, every item is stamped on the bottom with our makers mark and sanded to not scuff surfaces.

We do not take customs, commissions or holds due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics. If we ever offer a limited preorder, we will announce it via our social media channels. 

We create & list pieces in small collections. Once we have a collection ready to be launched,  we’ll launch it on our shop.

– We usually launch a collection every 2-3 months.

– Each collection has different themes, usually inspired by the natural elements of our world.

We appreciate your patience as we are just 2 people creating all these from scratch.

We announce our restock or new collection dates on our Social Media platforms.

If it says “TBA” this means we are still producing and we are still early into on our creating process. We do not and cannot announce restock dates early due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics. When we have a date, we will announce it via posts/stories on Instagram and Tiktok and put the date and time in the bio. As long as you’re following us on Instagram and Tiktok, you shouldn’t miss a restock announcement.

Yes and no. Please keep in mind that our pieces are not a standard industrial product. No two pieces are exactly the same. The product you may purchase can slightly differ from the images, it may vary in size slightly with some having minor imperfections. Due to the nature of handmade ceramics each piece has charming irregularities that makes each one unique.

We always recommend handwashing and keeping microwave use to a minimum to protect the colour of the glaze. 

The items cannot have direct contact with fire or go in the oven, because of the thermal shock.

As they are ceramics, make sure to treat your pieces gently to keep them in top condition. With the right care, they will live for decades to come!

Dishwasher is not recommended. Gently washing by hand avoiding abrasive sponges will extend the product life and preserve its color.

Microwaving is possible but avoiding it, will also preserve its shine and color.

The items cannot have direct contact with fire or go in the oven, because of the term shock.

If a collection is very successful and there are many people interested in a restock or any specific item that is sold out, we may consider restocking some pieces.
